Courteous staff and huge rooms, we had a really comfortable experience. The hotel had a marvellous and decent location minutes away from Elim Gospel Hall. We appreciated rooms with breakfast.

Spacious rooms that won't break the bank, but had a bit of a toilet issue. the pool here is great, and there's convenient on-site parking available. Check-in process was a breeze. 🏊‍♂️

Many outsiders coming to hotel and sitting at the lobby. It was terrible especially they looked like gangster. Heard that the location is Red Light area.

Carpet in the room was dirty (had large stains), treadmill was jerky (could be dangerous). Wanted to visit the karaoke lounge but was turned off when a staff mentioned that there are a lot of GROs from China available.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the center of town in Ipoh. The location was perfect, as it was within a 10-minute walk to the old town, where I found many famous eateries. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities in working condition. I especially appreciated the quality of the furniture and the comfortable facilities provided. Additionally, the breakfast included was delicious and served with a variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at Ritz Garden Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old city. The room was spacious and relaxing, and the overall cleanliness was great. We also appreciated the nice wallpaper in the walkway. The hotel lobby was big and provided a comfortable place to relax. We were pleased to be close to malls and food stalls, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is located near to the city centre, which allows for easy access to local restaurants and the Ipoh Parade mall. We also found the hotel facilities very impressive, as there was a cinema, library, and swimming pool available for guests. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating, as receptionist Sharvin went out of his way to check us in.
